By accessing and using Sapthagiri Rest House Tirumala's booking website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

All bookings made through the website are subject to availability.
A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of confirmation email/SMS.
Guests must provide valid government-issued ID at check-in. .

1. Prices are displayed in INR and include applicable taxes unless mentioned.

2. We accept payments through UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.

3. Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.

1. Cancellations made 48+ hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund.

2. Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in or no-shows are non-refundable.

3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

1. The number of guests must not exceed the booked capacity.

2. Any damage to property or disturbance will lead to cancellation without refund.

3. Alcohol, drugs, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
